Smile Train is a charitable organization headquartered in the U.S.A. that sponsors surgical treatment and follow-up care for underprivileged children with cleft lip and palate worldwide, including primary surgeries and secondary corrective procedures whenever required.

We have achieved international standards in cleft surgeries through expert peer reviews across the world. Every operated patient's pre-operative and post-operative photographs are uploaded for evaluation by an international panel of specialists to ensure quality treatment.

Economically disadvantaged patients suffering from cleft lip and palate may visit the Institute of Child Health Surgical OPD on Saturdays or Wednesdays between 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM to receive this world-class treatment completely free of cost.
