Step 01
Registration

Complete your registration at the OPD counter by providing the patient's basic details and required documents.

Step 02
Token

Receive your consultation token and wait for your turn according to the displayed queue.

Step 03
Doctor Consultation

Meet the specialist for clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment advice, and prescription.

Step 04
Lab / Pharmacy

If advised, complete the required laboratory tests, imaging, or collect prescribed medicines from the pharmacy.

Step 05
Follow Up

Schedule your follow-up visit and bring all previous prescriptions and investigation reports for continued care.

Monday - Friday : 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Saturday : 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Sunday : Emergency Only

Important Information

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
  • Carry previous prescriptions and reports.
  • Bring your registration card for follow-up visits.
  • Follow the token display system inside the OPD.
